These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Language Lab by Skillsbiz Education Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the website, you agree to these terms.

1. Our service

Language Lab is an online language learning platform that provides self‑paced courses, practice exercises, AI‑generated explanations and speaking practice across multiple languages. The platform is intended for personal learning and skill development only.

2. Accounts & access

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or allow any other person to access paid content using your credentials.

3. Purchases and refunds

Access to each language course is sold as a one‑time purchase (for example, ₹5000 per language, unless otherwise communicated). Pricing, offers and discounts may change over time.

Unless required by applicable law, all purchases are non‑refundable once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact our support team so we can assist you.

4. AI‑generated content and accuracy

Lessons, examples, feedback and speaking evaluations are generated with the help of AI models. While we aim for high quality and accuracy, errors or inconsistencies may occasionally occur. You should treat the content as educational guidance and are encouraged to cross‑check important information using trusted sources.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or bulk‑download course content.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful, harmful or abusive activities.
  • Upload audio or text that is hateful, threatening, sexually explicit or otherwise inappropriate.

6. Intellectual property

All course structure, UI design, branding, and AI‑generated learning content on the platform are owned by or licensed to Skillsbiz Education Pvt. Ltd. You receive a personal, non‑transferable licence to access the content for your own learning; you may not redistribute, resell or publicly share it without our written permission.

7. Service changes and availability

We may add, modify or remove features from the platform at any time to improve the learning experience or maintain the service. We aim for high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skillsbiz Education Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of income or interruption of business.

9. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
